I saved some of the extra icing from my pumpkin bites and leftover cinnamon sugar from the pumpkin snickerdoodles for these cinnamon rolls. They are easy to put together with a tub of crescent rolls, butter, sugar, chopped nuts. Once out I topped with icing and enjoyed. Definitely tasted like breakfast with the strong maple flavor in the icing.
They were a nice Sunday treat on a rainy day.
