I Flipped The Egg

It’s Saturday morning again, ya’ll and I am once again practicing my sunny-side-up egg making skills. My excitement this morning which included a kitchen jig when I finally accomplished getting the egg to flip over by a movement of the skillet. Instead of trying to shuffle it onto a spatula for the flip. 😀

That is an awesome thing to do! 🙂 (Unless you miss of course, then you just have egg on your face) I’ve been using a lid to cook fried eggs with a little bit of olive oil and when I time it right, I get perfectly cooked eggs with firm (yet not overdone whites) and runny yokes that explode when you poke them – perfection! 🙂
