I made a St. Paddy’s cake last year where I experimented with edible lace, you can go check it out on my Instagram here, but I think this year’s cake is much more yummy.
Spoilers I tasted the frosting on the cake scraps…
It was delicious!
This cake is lemon with vanilla and mint buttercream, topped with sprinkles, mint chocolate chips, and some mint bark. A perfectly green combination.
I did get video of putting the cake together, so I hope to get that up sometime soon. 😉
