Mint St. Patrick’s Cake

As Emma is outside barking a squirrel back up a tree, I’ve been editing a few cake photos for you!

I made a St. Paddy’s cake last year where I experimented with edible lace, you can go check it out on my Instagram here, but I think this year’s cake is much more yummy.

Planning a cake for St. Patty's day festivities? Take a look at this lemon mint cake topped with some delicious vanilla-mint bark.

Spoilers I tasted the frosting on the cake scraps…

It was delicious!

This cake is lemon with vanilla and mint buttercream, topped with sprinkles, mint chocolate chips, and some mint bark. A perfectly green combination.

I did get video of putting the cake together, so I hope to get that up sometime soon. 😉

I’ll be making a cake for Saturday Night Bible Study, but probably one that I have a mix for – taking the easy way out!

A cake doesn’t need to be made from scratch to be delicious and beautiful. All my cakes so far have been from box mixes! 🙂
