What’s the next best thing since sliced bread…. how about homemade sliced bread!
Recently I have been making homemade bread for our morning toast. I enjoy the hands-off approach of the bread machine and the beauty of mixing and kneading the dough myself to shape the bread.
In the last month, I’ve made pumpernickel, wheat, cinnamon twist, swiss souffle, and most recently a fluffy white loaf.
I currently have a lemon poppy seed and a cranberry bread recipe bookmarked for the coming weeks.
