A few days ago I came home hungry from work. In my attempt to eat healthier I tried making some roasted brussel sprouts.
I cut them up and tossed them with a little bit of oil in skillet.
Then started throwing in a pinch of diced onion and salt, followed by a splash of balsamic vinegar.
Once off the stove, I topped it with a few pieces of feta cheese and then sat down to enjoy. Apparently I put in too much vinegar for my liking… so I guess I have a leftover snack for Ben now.
Any recommendation for a simple tasty brussel sprout snack? I’m looking to attempt something again soon as I still have 2/3 of a bag of brussel sprouts sitting in my fridge.
