Cookies n Cream Cupcakes

Cookies n Cream Cupcakes

It’s my Birthday! So for my birthday, I whipped together these cookie n’ cream cupcakes. I made them with two box cake mixes, white and chocolate. In order to not end up a ton of cupcakes, I halved the mixes by weighing the eggs and dry ingredients to get half.

I found the frosting recipe over here on Chef in Training and it’s delicious!

It is summer time and that can mean grilling, camp fires, and all sorts of fun. If you’re looking for a personal sweet treat to try or something to impress your guests I would suggest checking out these pins.

*The creations noted in this post are not my own, please follow the links to see the original posts.

Grill Cupcakes:

Just looking at this pin I can already see how I could bring it to life in my home kitchen. Chocolate cupcake, colored buttercream, melted chocolate, and a gummy bear kabob! That’s just my take, click the pin to find out what Frugal Mom eh says!

Cupcake/Brownie Hamburgers:

Oh my word, aren’t these cute! Down to the bun seed topping, they look good. Grab a classic vanilla cupcake mix, your favorite brownies, some colored buttercream, and sprinkles to top it off and it is totally a doable sweet treat. Click the pin to check out Delicious Fine Recipes’ guidance on how to make them yours.

Bonfire Cupcakes:

Maybe you want s’more… or just the bonfire cupcake to make them. Check out Lady Berry Cupcakes’ Instagram bonfire cupcake photo! Every time I look at it I get new ideas about how I could give it a go myself.
